Nephora offers free FedEx Two-Day Shipping on all orders!
You are able to view estimated arrival dates on each product page and during the checkout process. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. Saturday delivery, if available, will be specified on the product page and during the checkout process. Otherwise, shipping methods apply to business days, not weekends or holidays.
If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us within 60 days of your shipping confirmation e-mail.

- Nephora stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To return your item, please contact our customer service specialist at (888) 443-1688. or [email protected] They will work with you to provide instructions on how to return your item. Shipping will be deducted from your return reimbursement.
